Bday Delights 9-15-07
Today is Brandon's 18th so BIG UPS!
The new shirt is selling really fast, we only have a few left, but
Hunter went to WestSide and dropped off some more. To all those
who bought a ReachOut or TreePhone shirt at WestSide Skateshop,
much props, hope you're enjoying 'em!
FINALLY!... 8-27-07
After many years of debate and nights with no sleep, the new shirt
is officially HERE! Four colors on a 100% cotton deal with printed
tags. They are tagless, but the tag is printed. It's a tagless tag. You're it.
For now you gotta see us to grip one, but we'll let you know when they're
in shops. Also, howsuhbout you go check out the WestCoast Skim
Bash pics we took Parker to. He made it to Semi-Finals in Jr. Mens.
Woo hoo! Loren was still hurt, and Travis couldn't enter, but they came
anyway and I'm sure everyone there had a blast from the past.
HOLD THAT THOUGHT... 08-23-07
We got things cleared up with our shirt manufacturer,
shirts should be in Monday the latest. In other news,
Reuben's off to college, so Hunter and Brandon will be
working on most stuff now. Yeah yeah yeah.
Sunday, Aug 26 is the West Coast Surf Shop Skim Bash.
Hunter and Brandon will get some flicks up of Parker and
Travis tearing it up. Loren can't compete due to a thrashed knee.
Check back next week for photos galore. We're not dead, just
dormant, and only because of our shirt producer situation.
Slow motion is better than no motion.
New Shirt/Rail Jam 07-16-07
After mashin' and trashin' a lot of other designs, here's
the shirt that's got your back this time around. It's a
cream color 100% cotton shirt with custom printed tags and
a dope graphic! We should have 'em done by next week, stay tuned.
Today was the informal Spoken Threads Rail Jam! We went out to the causeway for some flat skim with the rail we just built! Some locals came with us to help try it out!

Spoken Skimmer Adoption 07-15-07
Spoken Threads would like to officially welcome our 3 skim sponsors so
far: Parker, Travis, and Loren. You can scope out more info on these crazy
kids here. Don't use up all of your excitement, though, there's a few more
skimmers hoppin' on the sponsor bus soon, we'll definitely let you know.
Sponsor Opps to Spin Your Tops 04-17-07
So you may have heard about our very first
sponsor, Parker Heffernan. The kid is pretty much
gnar shred at skimboarding, and at 14 he's got
more potential than the latest inventions.
Haha, welcome Parker. Stayin true 24/7.
You wanna get sponsored? If you skateboard
or skimboard you're already halfway there. Have
some pictures and footage ready, and you too could
join the young and ready Spoken Threads family.
Now, we haven't just been sitting here messing
around with office supplies and the like. We got
some new stuff travelin' on down your way, like
2 new, more colorful and pop to the face shirts
coming, some freebies, and other
top secret stuff. We also bought a huge tent to take
to the beach and get our name out at some local contests.
New stuff planned to be out by May 8. We might have pre-
orders going down, get lucky. Yeah. Competitions in
Spoken Spotlght about to happen for some free stuff.
Until then, keep your mind moving.
Shirts moving along. Spoken SpotLight released.03-13-07
Looking out looking up. Spoken Threads now has
shirts at WestSide Skateshop, 688 Skatepark, and
a temporary online order form has been set up.
The biggest news, though, is probably Spoken
SpotLight. It's a brand new art submission portal
to get that glob of flesh in between your shoulders
super stoked about creativity. You can post your
stuff, check out other people's art and comment
your face off.
We'll be posting our favorite submission on the
main art page weekly. Maybe even the lodge.
New merch already on the way. Expect a
freshly designed guys shirt, girls shirt, new
stickers, hoodies, and another secret project
hopefully by April. All new shirts will have
different colors with the new designs, also.
Selection, selection, selection.
Stay true.
